Celebrate National Gymnastics Day at the Arizona Sunrays Gymnastics and Dance Center.
They are inviting kids of all ages to their event called Turn the World Upside Down.
It's Saturday, September 21, from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.
There will be a gymnastics obstacle course, trampolines and even bounce houses.
Kids will be participating at gymnastics schools across the US.

Comedian Tony Vicich is sharing a few secrets to being successful in his Intro to Stand Up class on Monday, September at 7:30 p.m. at the Tempe Center for the Arts.
I met Tony last week and he definitely had me laughing.
The class covers basic training of joke writing and performing on stage.

And Home Instead Senior Care is having a free Alzheimer's Care Training Workshop on Saturday, September 21, from 8 a.m.-11 a.m. in Sun Lakes.
The workshop will help caregivers learn to manage behaviors, encourage engagement and care for themselves while caring for their loved ones.
Any condition is tough to deal with so this is a chance to help make things a little easier.
