Free museums and lots of free celebrations to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

It's Freebie Friday and you know what that means... Put your wallet away and find out what you can get for free!

Take a trip to the Grand Canyon and get in for free on Monday.

All 397 national parks in the U.S. will offer free admission on January 21st to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

And cities around the valley are doing some celebrating of their own.

There's a multicultural festival at the Chandler Public Library on Saturday from 11am to 4pm..

There will be music, arts and crafts and story telling all for free.

The MLK March and Parade starts at 9am on Monday at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Phoenix.

Then at 10:00am the festival begins at Margaret T Hance Deck Park and again, and it's all free.

Mesa is also having a community parade and festival at the Mesa Arts center on Monday.

The parade starts at 11am, and the festival starts at noon.

There will be music, food and activities for the kids.

The City of Gilbert is having a celebration of their own.

You can check out the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Picnic on Monday from 1pm-5pm at the Redemption Church in Gilbert.

Of course admission is free.  There will also be live music, food, an art competition and an awards ceremony.
