Do you have visitors coming to town with children?

Don't waste your cash buying toys and equipment to accommodate-- Rent it instead. There are several rental services in the Valley.

We checked the prices at three popular services to see which will save you the most cash.

We searched for everything from cribs to travel systems and high chairs at Anything for Baby, My Baby Equipment Rentals and Travel Babees.

First on the list: booster high chairs.

Right away, My Baby Equipment takes the lead by charging $14 for a one-week rental. Anything for Baby will charge $6 more, and Travel Babees will charge you $25 for that one-week rental.

Next is travel systems, which includes a car seat and stroller. Anything for Baby and My Baby Equipment both charge $64 for a one-week rental. Travel Babees charge one dollar more.

We also compared the price of a Pack n Play with a bassinet for a one-week rental. My Baby Equipment charges $39  to rent for 7 days, a dollar more at Travel Babees and $42 at Anything for Baby.

At first glance, it appears My Baby Equipment has the best prices for the items we compared-- that's until you add delivery.

Anything for Baby offers free delivery and pickup. My Baby Equipment will charge you $25, unless you spend $99. Travel Babees charges the most: $45 for delivery.

Overall, that delivery fee makes a huge difference. Especially, if you only need to rent a few items. So, do your homework.
