I love sushi, but I am not a fan of the high prices. So I tried out the Sushezi .
It's supposed to help you make restaurant style sushi at home in minutes. But will it work? Let me try it before you buy it.
The directions seem pretty simple. Put half a cup of rice in each half of the tube. Use the plunger to make grooves in each half and add your favorite ingredients.
Close the tubes together, turn the plunger to compress the rice, remove the end cap and push the rice directly onto your nori sheet.
Then roll it up, cut it and voila, you're suppose to have nearly perfect sushi rolls.
I tried it with all sorts of ingredients, including salmon, tuna, avocado and cucumbers and I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to use.
I have to say, I'm really impressed with the Sushezi. I paid about $20 with shipping, and I think it's totally worth the cost. I give the Sushezi a thumbs up.
So now you can have perfect sushi without the restaurant price.
