TOLLESON, AZ - The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says deputies are investigating a homicide in Tolleson.
Deputy Joaquin Enriques says investigators are at the scene near 119th and Southern Avenues.
A man was driving to work at a farm near the Phoenix International Raceway around 7:45 Friday morning when he found the body on a gravel road.
Brandon Brown said at first he thought the man was sleeping, but quickly realized he was dead and called police.
He said the man's hands were tied behind his back with rope and tape, his legs also bound and a red handkerchief tied around his face.
He also saw blood on the ground.
Enriques said homicide detectives are trying to figure out how the Hispanic man died.
They don't know if he was killed at the scene or dropped there.
They're dealing with a large, remote area and rain that may have washed away evidence.
