Surprise Police are looking for a man who may be endangered.
Robert Copeland, 40, was reported missing Thursday morning after his family found a note saying he wanted to hurt himself.
He was last seen around midnight at his home near US 60, west of the Loop 303.
Copeland is described as being 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 200 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and a clean shaven face. He was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt and black denim jeans.
