SURPRISE, AZ - Authorities have identified three people whose bodies were found in a burned out car in Surprise earlier this month.
Garth Tuggle, 25, of Phoenix, William Kling, 41, and Lisa Baker, 57, both of Wittmann, were found in a burning car on June 9, according to the Surprise Police Department.
Fire officials had responded to a vehicle fire at 219th Avenue and Sun Valley Parkway to find three victims inside the car.
Officials said an autopsy revealed that each of the victims had been shot before being burned.
Surprise police have classified the victims' deaths as homicide.
