WADDELL, AZ - Two teen brothers who went missing from Waddell in the West Valley have been located, but big questions surround their disappearance.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Deputy Chris Hegstrom confirmed to ABC15 that the boys have been located. He said the brothers will be interviewed regarding their disappearance.
The brother's grandma Gloria Duran tells ABC15 that the boys were fine, but were a bit "roughed up." She said they had some bumps and bruises.
Police did not release any further details about where the boys were found or how they were located.
MCSO spokesman Brandon Jones' said Thursday, 15-year-old Daryk Groves and 14-year-old Ramen Groves were reported missing by family members on July 3.
They were last seen the evening of July 1 at their home near Olive Avenue and Citrus Road, Jones said. Duran said the boys had a confrontation surrounding their curfew and initially took off to a friend's house. From there, questions remain regarding where they went.
Daryk is described as a white male (pictured on the left), 5-feet-10-inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
Ramen is a white male, 5-feet-8-inches tall, also with brown hair and brown eyes.
