Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies have found a missing woman who requires medication.
Officials said 78-year-old Yvonne Tracy was last seen shortly after 4 p.m. visiting her husband at the Sun West Choice Healthcare facility in Sun City West. Tracy, who suffers from dementia and lives at a health care facility in Surprise, regularly is taken to the Sun City facility to visit her husband, but this time she left the facility on foot after her visit.
MCSO notified ABC15 just before 4:00 a.m. that she was found safe in Sun City.
