LAVEEN, AZ - The father of the 17-year-old accused of killing 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway in Colorado reportedly owns a home in the Valley.
Records show Robert Sigg Jr. bought a home in Laveen back in 2008.
People that live in the area tell ABC15 they rarely see anyone at the home and have never seen any teens or children there.
Records also show Sigg worked for Groove Electronics in Anthem.
Sigg was listed as a member of the corporation, which is now out of business.
Robert Sigg's son, Austin, was arrested after Westminster police said they received a call Tuesday evening that led them to the suspect's home near the Ketner Lake Open Space, which is about 1 mile from Jessica's home on the other side of Ketner Lake.
The teen has lived in the home since he was an infant.
Police said during a Wednesday press conference the suspect faces charges in both the Ridgeway murder case and the May 28, 2012 attempted abduction of a 22-year-old female jogger at Ketner Lake .
He made his first court appearance Thursday.
Authorities said they have "overwhelming" DNA evidence against the suspect.
