Police: 4 Goodyear officers suffer injuries while responding to domestic violence call

Authorities say several police officers suffered injuries while responding to a domestic violence call in Goodyear.

Reports came in around 6 p.m. Thursday from a home near 106 Avenue and Maricopa Street.

According to officials, there was a family fight between two men and a woman. 

Four officers were injured but are expected to be OK, police said. Two suspects were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. 

The three people are being charged with aggravated assault and interfering with an arrest.

No additional information was immediately available.
