GOODYEAR, AZ - A woman is in custody in connection with a deadly DUI crash in Goodyear four months ago.
Goodyear police a say 35-year-old woman is being held on suspicion of manslaughter, aggravated assault and driving while under the influence of drugs.
Police say the woman collided with a vehicle on April 26. They say the driver in the other car died and two other passengers were seriously injured, including a child.
During the DUI investigation, the woman's blood was drawn and submitted to the Arizona Department of Public Safety for analysis.
Police recently received the results and say the woman's blood tested positive for several different drugs.
They say the 35-year-old was located last Friday and booked into a Phoenix jail, where she's remains held on $250,000 bond.
ABC15 has chosen not to release the suspect's name until she is formally charged.
