GOODYEAR, AZ - A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a 19-year-old Goodyear man on June 17.
Andrew Moering was arrested on Friday by United States Marshals during a traffic stop. He is suspected of killing a 19-year-old man in Goodyear, according to police.
