Two teens in custody after carjacking, shooting in Glendale, Phoenix

Phoenix police say two teenage boys are in custody and two other suspects are still being sought in a carjacking in Phoenix and subsequent shooting in Glendale.

Officer Alan Pfohl says a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old are both accused of armed robbery and that the 16-year-old also is accused of aggravated assault and other crimes.
 
According to police, a car was stolen at gunpoint in Phoenix early Friday morning and that a short time later a young man in a vehicle was wounded in Glendale by gunfire from the stolen car.
 
Phoenix police later took two juveniles into custody but said two other people ran off.
 
Glendale police Officer Tiffany Smith says the shooting victim's wounds aren't life-threatening.
 
Phoenix police Lt. Wayne Dillon said the incidents appeared to be random acts of violence.
