GLENDALE, AZ - Police have released the name of a woman who was struck and killed while crossing a Glendale street Sunday night.
Glendale police say 43-year-old Zelda Goodman was crossing mid-block near 67th Avenue and Butler when she was struck by a vehicle.
Police say the driver did try to avoid hitting Goodman but was not able to.
Goodman was taken to a Valley hospital where she died.
Police say the driver will not face charges.
