PD: Man arrested after deadly Glendale shooting

GLENDALE, AZ - A man has been arrested following a deadly shooting in Glendale on Sunday.

Glendale police said one person has died, and other is in serious, but stable condition after a shooting erupted outside an apartment complex near 65th and Olive Avenues.

Police said several men were involved in a physical fight in the courtyard of the apartment complex around 1:15 p.m. when two men from opposing sides pulled out guns.

Glendale police announced on Monday afternoon that Tyron Moore was in custody and talking with investigators.

Moore was charged with misconduct with weapon and had a felony warrant of California.

Officials do not believe there are any more victims or suspects at this time.
