GLENDALE, AZ - Police in Glendale are trying to determine if a man found shot to death is the victim of a homicide.
Officer Tracey Breeden says police responded to Maryland Avenue near 45th Avenue just before 7 a.m. after a report of a man in his car who was unresponsive.
Breeden says the 72-year-old man was in the driver's seat of his vehicle with the engine running.
Glendale firefighters declared him dead at the scene.
Police say he suffered a gunshot wound.
Investigators are trying to determine if his death is a suicide.
