GLENDALE, AZ - A family of five will be looking for somewhere else to stay after a fire burned through their home Wednesday morning.
Glendale fire spokesman Mike Young said about 20 firefighters from Glendale and Phoenix battled the blaze near 64th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. He said a neighbor called it in.
Young said the fire started in the attic and the home is a complete loss.
The mother and her four children were not home at the time of the fire.
They had not been notified yet, neighbors saying the mom usually returns home in the early afternoon, according to Young.
Young said the cause of the fire had not been determined yet. No one was injured.
