Father pleads for the driver who hit and killed his son to come forward

GLENDALE, AZ - A father pleads for the person who hit and killed his son to come forward.

A few weeks ago, Glendale police say a driver hit 23-year-old Brian Chase at 46th Avenue and Camelback Road and then fled the scene.

Police said Chase was driving too fast on his motorcycle. But witnesses said the driver fled, instead of stopping to get help.

Chase's father Mark wants justice for his son. Now he has a message for drivers.

"There's been a lot of hit-and-runs," he said. "Just don't leave, just don't leave."

If you saw a white pickup truck at 46th Avenue and Camelback Road on May 9 around 9:30 p.m, you can call Glendale police.

Police said the suspect is a white, heavyset male between 50 and 60 years old.

Silent Witness is offering a reward of $1,000 for a tip that could lead to an arrest.
