The Buckeye Valley Fire Department responded to a first-alarm brush fire Monday evening.
The first was first reported at around 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Fire crews believe the fire is approximately 40 acres, and no structures are believed to be threatened at this time.
No word yet what caused the brush fire.
