Tempe fire officials say a construction worker was knocked off a piece of scaffolding Wednesday morning and fell between 25 and 35 feet at Sun Devil Stadium.
The worker was treated at the scene and taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to a spokesperson for Tempe fire. Crews arrived shortly after 10 a.m.
A spokesperson with Arizona State University police said the worker suffered injuries to the face and arm.
No other details were released.
Sun Devil Stadium is undergoing extensive renovations.
