TEMPE, AZ - A Tempe Police report is shedding light on the final hours and actions before a 19-year-old student went missing last month.
Adrienne Salinas reportedly argued with her boyfriend and packed a small bag before she disappeared.
Francisco Arteaga told police Salinas was upset with him after a party at her apartment because she felt he "was not paying enough attention to her," according to the report.
The two left the party and argued as they drove to and from his Scottsdale apartment.
Arteaga then told officers when he came up to a stop light at 5th Street and Mill Avenue in Tempe, Salinas got out of his car and began walking home.
Arteaga says he also got out of the car to give Salinas her cell phone that she had left on the passenger seat of the car.
Arteaga then showed officers his phone records showing that he made a call shortly afterwards to one of Salinas' roommates to tell them she was walking home.
The roommate, Rebecca Flores, told officers she went looking for Salinas on her bike but didn't find her.
When Flores returned to their apartment, she found Salinas and said she was "calmly upset" over the argument with Arteaga.
After the two spoke outside on the grass, Salinas went upstairs to her bedroom and packed a small bag, though Flores did not see her leave.
Police said Salinas' roommates were concerned because she never leaves without her dog or making sure someone is caring for her dog.
Also in the police report is the report of a driver who spotted a white car similar to Salinas' white 2002 Mercury Sable driving erratically behind her.
The driver told officers she first noticed the car on Hardy Drive following extremely close.
As the driver turned onto Rio Salado Parkway, the driver of the white car sped up and again was following too close.
The white car then sped up to about 65 mph and passed her. Shortly afterwards when the woman turned at Ash Avenue and Rio Salado Parkway, she saw a "large amount of smoke from the tires and dirt in the air." She told officers the car had hit a curb, but when she stopped to help, the driver of the white car sped off "on damaged tires."
Adrienne Salinas was last seen around 5 a.m. on June 15. Her vehicle, which had two flat tires, was later located by her father.
On June 15, the teenager called a local cab company and asked to be picked up to visit her boyfriend in Scottsdale. She never made it to the cab or to her boyfriend's house.
Family and friends have been praying and passing out fliers in local neighborhoods hoping someone has information that can lead them to Salinas.
A reward of $10,000 is being offered.
If you have any information on Adrienne's whereabouts, you are asked to call the Tempe Police Department at 480-350-8311.
