Authorities say a man on probation for several crimes has cut his GPS monitor and could be looking to leave the country.

According to Silent Witness, 37-year-old Alan Feliciano cut his digital location monitor on Monday, May 22 in the area of Southern Avenue and Country Club Drive. His last known address was near Apache Boulevard and McClintock Drive, police said.

Feliciano, who served time in Arizona for failing to register as a sex offender, aggravated DUI and identity theft, has committed crimes in four other states, officials said.

He is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 140 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He has a tattoo of "Chee" on his left arm and "Alan Jr" on his right. Law enforcement said he may be traveling with his girlfriend and had talked about fleeing to Mexico or Cuba.

Feliciano is known to carry a gun. Anyone who has information about his location is asked to not approach and instead call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
