QUEEN CREEK, AZ - Authorities say six people were injured after a fire in Queen Creek Tuesday night.
Maricopa County Sheriff's officials said deputies responded to a call of a fire in a backyard around 9:00 p.m near Cloud and Rittenhouse Roads.
Deputies said when crews arrived, they discovered six people had been burned.
According to MCSO, officials treated 4 burn victims with second and third degree burns. Two other victims suffered minor burns.
An 11-year-old girl has burns on over 50% of her body, including her face and head.
The homeowner told MCSO that all the victims were sitting around a fire when one person poured gasoline into the fire.
According to MCSO, all victims are related to each another.
Officials are still investigating the incident. It is still being determined if criminal charges will be pursued.
