The Sears at Fiesta Mall in Mesa will close in January, the store announced Thursday.
According to Sears, the unprofitable location near the US 60 and Alma School Road will close in late January 2018. The auto center will close in early December 2017.
Sears told ABC15 that liquidation sales will begin as early as November 9.

The Kmart at 1214 E. Florence Boulevard in Casa Grande will also close in January.
