A former Valley principal is scheduled to be in court Thursday after allegations she didn't report sexual misconduct between a teacher and a student.

The indictment states Amy Fraser failed to report non-accidental injuries and physical neglect of minors.

Investigators say she didn't report it because she herself was having an affair with the same teacher.

Sheron Butler was a math teacher and coach at Sequoia Charter School when he was busted for having sex with a student.

A search warrant also showed another coach as well as a human resources director may have know about the teacher and student relationship, but never reported it either.

Butler recently changed his plea, admitting to a judge he did try to have sex with the student.

Meantime, Fraser is set to be in superior court at 8:30 a.m. in Phoenix.
