CHANDLER, AZ - Authorities have taken a man into custody after a domestic dispute in Chandler.
According to Chandler police spokesperson Seth Tyler, police received a 911 call at 2:30 a.m. on Monday from a female who said her fiancé assaulted her.
When officials arrived on the scene they found a woman near the house with obvious signs of injury.
Authorities set-up around the house near Alma School and Queen Creek Roads and used a speaker to call the suspect out of the house.
Another male living in the home exited and told police the suspect was inside the house alone.
Chandler police sent their SWAT team to the scene.
SWAT officers were able to resolve the incident; the male suspect exited the home at 6:45 a.m.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
