Chandler police are searching for a man who attempted to lure a young girl into his car.
The situation was reported to police on Tuesday after it happened near Frye Road and Avenue Avenue.
Police say the girl was walking in the area when a Hispanic male pulled up in a light blue truck and asked the girl, "Come on, get in the truck."
No additional information was released about the incident and a police spokesperson says they haven't released any other reports involving the suspect who was described.
The driver and vehicle were not located when police responded.
Police say there was no crime committed, and this was not an attempted kidnapping.
