CHANDLER, AZ - Chandler Police investigated a "suspicious call" at the Intel plant in Chandler after numerous reports that a bomb threat had been called in on Monday morning.
Around 5:30 a.m. Monday Chandler police received a 911 call from someone telling them there was a bomb on the Intel campus, according to spokesman Seth Tyler.
Police confirmed they were working a suspicious call at Intel on Monday morning.
As of 2:45 p.m. on Monday police did not find any suspicious device and announced the scene clear.
ABC15 viewers sent in emails around 9:30 a.m. saying family members were inside the Intel plant while the reported bomb threat was occurring.
Viewer photos showed workers who had been evacuated waiting outside the facility.
