PHOENIX - Authorities have been investigating the murders of two Phoenix women for three years and there are still no answers.
Now the family of one of the victims needs the community's support in helping find the killer and hold him or her responsible.
Rachel Glass said someone out there must know something about the murder of her daughter Nicole and roommate Melissa Mason.
Police haven't made any arrests and there's still a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
Rachel Glass said the last three years since Nicole's death have been a rollercoaster.
"It's devastating...It takes all the joy out of the holidays," she says.
Glass said she keeps waiting for a tip to come in. She still has no answers on why someone came into Nicole's Phoenix home and strangled her and pregnant roommate Melissa Mason to death back in 2010.
Both women were just 27 years old.
"We don't know who... and we don't know why," said Glass when asked what one of the most frustrating parts of the case is.
Even though there is a reward being offered, the leads have all but stopped. But Glass says she clings on to any hope that justice could be just a phone call away.
"It makes you lose hope and I don't want to be hopeless," she says.
All she wants now is closure and she has this message for anyone who knows something. "Just come forward. Just do the right thing and come forward."
Glass is planning on holding a candle light vigil next weekend in honor of her daughter.
