Silent Witness if offering a reward for any information on a homicide that took place on November 9.
According to officials, a woman was discovered deceased in the area of 107th and Southern Avenues.
Police identified the woman as Sabrina Rollins, also known to go by the name of “Star” or “Estrella”. She was believed to be homeless and from the southeast Valley.
Reports show she was last seen in the area of 35th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix wearing a blue shirt and black shorts.
