Phoenix Fire says is investigating a deadly rollover crash on Interstate 17 has left five kids injured.
Fire crews were called to the accident on I-17 southbound at Glendale Avenue around 4 p.m. Friday.
According to a fire spokesperson, a woman died in the crash. Initial reports indicate the woman was ejected when the car rolled over. Five children are being treated for their minor injuries. They're expected to be OK.
A second woman suffered critical injuries and is hospitalized, a fire spokesperson said.
The HOV and two left lanes are blocked at Bethany Home Road due to the crash. Check here for the latest traffic updates.
