PHOENIX - Phoenix police said three people were injured after a shooting early Sunday morning.
The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday morning near 67th Avenue and Indian School Road, said Sgt. trent Crump, spokesman for the Phoenix Police Department.
Crump said the suspects in a blue four-door Cadillac got into a verbal argument with two people walking along the road. The argument esclated and a rear passenger pulled out a handgun and fired multiple shots at the two victims.
Two victims were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, he said.
A third victim was reportedly run over as a result of the incident.
Police have no potential suspects in custody and no descriptions were provided.
