Police are investigating after an armed robbery injured one person in the leg near 35th and Northern avenues.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the robbery occurred at a business in the area. At the time of the robbery, one person was shot in the leg.
Police located the injured victim near 27th and Northern avenues who was in the process of being taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police are still investigating the shooting.
