Authorities have released a description and images of someone wanted in connection with a shooting that injured a fast-food worker last week.

Around 3 p.m. on March 22, Phoenix police say a worker at Federico's near Central and Southern avenues was hit by a bullet that shattered the glass of the drive-through window.

At the time, officials said the victim's injuries were not life-threatening.

Investigators released surveillance photos of a vehicle and driver at the window at the time of the shooting. A Phoenix Police Department spokesman said the driver is a person of interest in the investigation.

The driver is described as a Hispanic man with black hair down to or covering his ears. He was driving a silver Honda Civic or Accord with faded paint on the roof. The car also has a hole on the front passenger-side corner panel and old damage to the driver's side front corner panel.

Anyone with information about the driver's whereabouts is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS (948-6377).
