A man is recovering after he was shot in Phoenix on Wednesday night.
Phoenix police said at 9:30 p.m. three men were standing in front of a house near 19th Avenue and Roeser Road when a vehicle stopped in front of them.
Witnesses told police that the vehicle was occupied with several black men inside who began firing at the men in front of the house.
According to police, the three men fled on a foot and the vehicle sped away from the scene.
One of the men was shot and taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The Phoenix Police Gang Squad is investigating.
