PHOENIX - Eight children and two adults were injured Wednesday night after two minivans crashed in Phoenix.
Larry Nunez with the Phoenix Fire Department said 10 people were taken to hospitals as a precaution after Wednesday evening's crash and none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening.
Nunez said the ages of the children ranged from 1 to 17.
Authorities say all 10 people were out of their vehicles and able to walk when firefighters arrived at 5:37 p.m.
One minivan contained on adult, and the other held another adult and the eight kids.
Phoenix police say the cause of the crash was under investigation.
