PHOENIX - Police say a man in his 30s was found dead in the back yard of a Phoenix home early Saturday morning.
According to Phoenix police, officers and fire personnel responded to a home near Bell and Cave Creek roads around 6 a.m. for a call of an injured person.
When they arrived, they found a male lying unresponsive in the back yard.
Police say he was pronounced dead at the scene and there were signs of trauma.
Police say there were people at the residence but no one reportedly saw what happened to the victim.
Neighbors reportedly told police the residence had a lot of foot and vehicular traffic at all hours, giving the impression that there was illegal activity going on at the house.
Police have tentatively identified the victim and it was determined he had been at the house before but didn’t life there.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
