A motorist is in serious condition after crashing into a police cruiser.
The Phoenix Police Department said the crash happened around 7:00 a.m. at 27th and Northern avenues.
Police say the motorcycle crashed into the back of a police cruiser. The officer did not suffer any injuries.
Traffic restrictions have been placed in the area and drivers are being told to seek alternate routes.
