4 vehicles involved in westbound Loop 101 crash

PHOENIX - The Arizona Department of Public Safety says four vehicles were involved in an injury collision on Loop 101.

According to DPS spokesperson Raul Garcia, three westbound lanes were temporarily blocked at 35th Avenue.

The crash happened around 10:30 a.m. and all lanes were reopened an hour later.

Traffic was backed up for one to two miles.

According to Garcia, there were two patients who suffered non-life threatening injuries.
