3 more arrested after burglary at WWE champ Bryan Danielson's Phoenix home

PHOENIX - Police have arrested three more people in connection to the burglary of a home belonging to WWE World Heavyweight Champion Bryan Danielson.

Police say on July 24 two suspects ran out of Danielson’s Arcadia area home and fled on foot.

Danielson ran after them and was able to grab one of the suspects and hold him until police arrived.

According to Phoenix police, the 22-year-old suspect identified for police a group of individuals involved in burglaries in the Arcadia area and elsewhere in Phoenix.

On August 6, officers located the vehicle used in the July 24 burglary and began a surveillance.

While following the vehicle, police observed a woman and two men commit a burglary in the area of 44th Street and Bell Road.

As the arrest team got ready to take the three into custody, they committed a second burglary near 28th Street and Cactus Road.

They were arrested there without incident. Police say a handgun and stun gun were found in the suspect vehicle, a 2003 silver Mercedes Benz.

Police say the suspects were also linked to at least two other burglaries over the last several days.

Police also say detectives determined the same driver was driving the “getaway” car during the July 24 burglary.

Based on their methods, police believe the group was responsible for a number of burglaries in the Arcadia area, as well as other areas of Phoenix.

All three suspects were booked into jail on charges of burglary and participating in a criminal syndicate.

The female driver also faces a charge for participating in the July 24 burglary and one of the two men faces a charge for misconduct involving weapons.
