PRESCOTT, AZ - It's hard to imagine the chaos 911 dispatchers faced the night the Yarnell Hill Fire started.
Dispatchers were trying to help more than 100 people calling in to report seeing flames and plumes of smoke.
On top of the sheer number of calls they had to sift through, dispatchers were having trouble getting through to their fire departments.
In some cases, they had to take down phone numbers so the departments could call people back.
