PHOENIX - A loaded gun was confiscated from a 44-year-old woman at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Friday, according to the Transportation Security Administration.
Ross Feinstein, a TSA spokesperson, said Saturday that the woman was headed to Denver International Airport on July 4 around 6 p.m.
Law enforcement found a Beretta 9mm Nano with a built-in laser loaded with six shots in her possession.
The gun was confiscated and she was later released, Feinstein said.
No other information is known at this time.
