Two shot, one injured after assault at convenience store overnight

PHOENIX - Police are looking for two suspects who involved in an aggravated assault that injured three men at a convenience store around 2 a.m. Saturday.

When police arrived to the scene near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road, they found two men with gunshot wounds and another who had been assaulted with a gun.

According to an investigation of the incident, two men were involved in a verbal fight with the three victims which led to the assault.

Both suspects, described as Hispanic men between 20 and 30 years old, fled the scene on foot and could not be found.
