St. Vincent De Paul serving Thanksgiving meals for thousands in need

PHOENIX - There are many people in the Valley who cannot afford a Thanksgiving meal, but thanks to generosity from one Valley charity and hundreds of volunteers they're getting a warm meal.

In al St. Vincent De Paul  expects to serve around 4,000 meals to those in need on this Thanksgiving.

Around 400 volunteers spent the morning preparing turkey and all the trimmings.

For some it was their first time volunteering, for others it is a holiday tradition.
