Obamacare, Affordable Care Act: Technical glitches hinder open enrollment

As people gear up for open enrollment for Obamacare Tuesday, the Obama Administration announces delays for some of its websites called exchanges.

The Spanish-enrollment website won't be ready for a few more weeks.

The Obama Administration announced Friday it will mark the end of the Hispanic Heritage month of action with a National Week of Action on health care on October 21, to raise awareness with Latino consumers about the health care law, its benefits and how they can sign up for affordable options.

On October 21, Health and Human Services will unveil the Spanish-language online enrollment tools of CuidadoDeSalud.gov

Small businesses won't also be able to enroll using the website until November. However, businesses can apply for coverage via fax or mail.
