PHOENIX - Authorities are looking to identify a man believed to have stolen a heap of copper wire from an APS electrical power substation.
Surveillance video shows the man removing copper wiring from the fenced yard of an APS electrical power substation in northwest Phoenix on Dec. 10, 2013 around 11:16 a.m., according to the Silent Witness report.
The suspect may have been assisted by another person, according to the report. They may have fled on mountain bikes.
The suspect seen in the video is described as a male, 25-30 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 160 pounds.
A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual.
