Silent Witness: 2 suspects wanted for stealing phones, punching Cricket worker

PHOENIX - Silent Witness is asking for your help in finding two suspects who robbed a Cricket store last month in Phoenix.

The incident occurred on Thursday, Oct. 24 just before 6 p.m. at 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road.

According to Sgt. Darren Burch with Phoenix police, the suspects walked into the store and pretended to be customers.

Suspect No. 1 asked an employee if he could look at a phone from the shelf and walked toward the exit with the phone, Burch said.

Suspect No. 2 then got a phone from the shelf and also started walking toward the exit.

When the employee tried to stop Suspect No. 1, he shoved and punched her in the upper chest, Burch said.

The suspects ran out of the store with the phones and got into a maroon Ford Expedition.

Suspect No. 1 has been described as a Hispanic male, 24 to 26 years old, 5-feet-10-inches tall, 250 pounds with a black shirt and shorts.

Suspect No. 2 is a Hispanic male, 24 to 26 years old, 5-feet-8-inches tall, weighing 175 pounds with a light shirt and dark pants.
