Seeing choppers up in the air around Phoenix?
Don't worry, it's U.S. Army Special Operations Forces training in the Valley.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, law enforcement is providing support for the military as they train for the next two weeks at several different locations around the Valley.
Police said this is done so to provide exercises for the U.S. Special Operations Forces "with realistic urban sites for preparedness training."
Police say this training is being conducted by the military in several different cities in the U.S. including Phoenix.
Air15 captured video of two MH-6 Little Bird Night Stalkers and one UH-60 Black Hawk flying around the downtown Phoenix area on Thursday night.
"If any members of the public learn of the training locations, we ask the public to remain clear of these areas while training is conducted," Sergeant Jonathan Howard with the police department said.
