Police: Man caught snapping pictures up woman's skirt at bank ATM in Phoenix

PHOENIX - Authorities are working to identify a man who was caught on surveillance video snapping cell phone pictures up a women's skirt.

Sgt. Steve Martos said the incident happened just before 3 p.m. on May 19 while the woman was at an ATM near 29th Drive and Peoria Avenue.

The ATM is located just outside the bank near the front doors.

The suspect is described as a male between the ages of 30-40 years ago, 6 feet tall and 190 pounds, according to a press release.

The suspect is believed to be driving a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, which was towing a flatbed trailer similar to those used for landscaping, said Martos.
